AKIMME Market Place
The AKIMME Market Place is a central hub for buying, selling, auctioning & renting virtual land plots for the metaverse. Landowners can list their plots on the marketplace, and potential buyers can browse through the available options to find a suitable piece for themselves. The AKIMME Market Place provides a safe and secure platform for selling and buying in a simple, and transparent manner.
Fixed Price Sale- Hybrid (OffChain & OnChain)
NFT Land Plot owners can list their NFT land plot for a Fixed Price without having to pay listing fee or gas fee. They will have to select the price and end date of the sale of their NFT Land Plot that they wish to sell.
When a buyer purchases the NFT which is listed for a fixed price. The buyer will be charged a transaction fee of 2.5% . Transaction fee will be paid by the seller and it will be included in the total price of the NFT. The buyer will also be required to pay gas fee for completing the transaction.
AKIMME does not receive the gas fee and is not able to refund them.
The Transaction fee is received by AKIMME to cover the operational cost of the Metaverse.
English Auction Sale (OnChain)- Sell to Highest Bidder
NFT Land Plot owners can list their NFT land plot for Auction. They will be required to select the starting price and the end date of the Auctiion-Listing fee and gas fee will be applicable.
Interested bidders can place their bid. Bidders will be required to pay gas fee for every bid that they make. Bidders can view the bids that they have placed in their profile page.
Bidders cannot cancel their bid. However, each time a new bid is placed. The funds of the previous bidder will automatically get refunded to the bidder’s respective wallet.
The NFT Land owner can view all the Bids Recieved for the auction in his profile page.
The NFT land owner can also change the end date of the Auction. However , he/she will be required to pay gas fee for updating the end date.
For every successful auction completion, AKIMME settles the transaction and the NFT is automatically awarded to the highest bidder. AKIMME charges a transaction fee of 2.5% .The Transaction fee will be paid by the seller and it will be included in the total price of the NFT.
The seller may cancel an auction at any time, but doing so, will require the seller to pay gas fee. If any bids are placed, the bidders bid amount will be automatically refunded to their respective wallet.
Listing fee &, transaction fee are received by AKIMME to settle transactions and to cover the operational cost of the Metaverse.
AKIMME does not receive the gas fee and is not able to refund them.
Renting Land (Onchain)
NFT Land Plot owners can earn passive income by listing their NFT land plot for Rent. They will have to select the price of the rent per day and the end date of the rent listing.Listing fee and gas fee will be applicable.
The NFT land owner can cancel the rent listing before it is rented out, but may require the NFT owner to pay gas fee.
Users can rent any NFT listed for rent for 1 day upto 30 days.
When a User rents a NFT Land plot which is listed for rent, he is required to pay an additional fixed price commision fee and gas fee.
When the renting period is completed, the NFT is automatically returned back to the original owner and the gas fee is paid by AKIMME to complete this transaction
The listing fee & commission fee is received by AKIMME to settle transactions and to cover the operational cost of the Metaverse.
AKIMME does not receive the gas fee and is not able to refund them
Types of Fees in AKIMME Market Place
Listing Fee: Listing Fee is a fixed price the Land owner pays for listing his or her Land NFT for either Auction or Rent. Listing Fee does not apply to Fixed Price Sale.
Transaction Fee: For every successful NFT sale either through fixed price sale or auction, AKIMME charges a certain percentage(2.5%) as transaction fee. Transaction fee will be paid by the seller and it will be included in the total price of the NFT. This fee is received by AKIMME to cover the operational cost of the Metaverse.
Commission Fee: This is only applicable for the rent feature . This is a fixed price paid by the user who wants to rent the land. The commission fee goes to the AKIMME admin to cover their operating cost.
Gas Fee: A gas fee refers to the fee required to conduct transactions or execute contracts on the Etherum network.Any transaction done on chain requires users to pay Gas Fee.AKIMME does not receive the gas fee and is not able to refund them.
